We moved to an apartment where the Internet was already present. Now I want to get all the applications working again. As an example Port TCP 58050 which has to be opened. The owner gave me access to the router but once I logged into the Router via Winbox there appeared many settings. Yesterday I’ve been bussy half a day but it ended up not working.
This is the situation
MicroTik router (Router mode) --wirelsess–> MircoTik router (bridge mode) --wireless–> WiFi Range Extender --wired–> Switch --wired–> Computers
If I’m correctly I should open ports in both routers. The Router TCP port should be redirected to the ip of the Bridge. And on the Bridge the TCP port must be redirected to the ip of my computer. Is that correct and how do I do that? Where should I look for?
(I know how the terminal works and I know where to find the page where I can forward the port (IP → Firewall → NAT))
It is the first time I work with such a router and it seems instructive and challenging to get this working. But at this moment I’m stuck …
