Porting mikrotik v 2.9.51 for RB 300 series & 400 series

Hi,

I’ve been in a lot of trouble since Mikrotik 3.X version arrive and up until now it reach its 3.10 version. All my costomer have been complaining about its stability, the difrence in managing the feature in bridge mode and the lack of documentation. They still choose to buy RB 133 though i have given the same price if the migrate to 433 cause of the compatibility with mikrotik V. 2.9.51

Is there any way to port the 2.9.51 version of mikrotik to run in RB 400 series and 300 series ? cause i think it is the most stable and the most easy to understand mikrotik version up to now.

It’s impossible.

I have liked 2.9.51 and stick with it on the older hardware. However, 3.10 and the 333/433 is a good combination and nothing to be afraid of presently.
