August of '24, and I have four SFP+ DAC’s still doing this on a CSS326-24G-2S+RM on SwOS 2.16.
Support’s answer: Change to RouterOS. I have a better idea: Fix the bug, Mikrotik.
Feb 2026 and still same issue, I have CRS326-24S+2Q+ 2.18 SWOS, I bought a breakout DAC cable from FS and just the first sfp+ was working with the first connection, the other ones was not working, after a hard reset to the QSFP+ links came up.
Do you have the issue with swos and routeros? Deciding if i want to purchase this switch but i need to 4x10 qsfp ports to work properly.
