ports to open in the firewall

Hello ,
I’m trying to make the dude connect to my routers and it’s doesn’t work
the discovery give my nothing , but if I’m adding manually device - I can connect him using winbox\web
but there is no ping to it
also I can see all its snmp status.

what else I need to open
ports that open : 21,22,8291,2210,2211,161,25

Ping needs the relevant ICMP traffic to be allowed. Do you have the relevant interfaces selected in IP Neighbor as discovery interfaces?

what I need to define ?
what\where is IP Neighbor
