I have problem with all UPA devices when i do upgrade to 6.xx
I do Upgrade with the packages
reboot
the Devices ist useable
then i do Routerboot 3.09 and POE-Firmware 2.1 update
open Terminal do system reset
after this device is not accessible and need net install
Whats wrong?

what version of RouterOS you install on the router when everything fails? Netinstall does not touch FW or PoE-out controller FW.
First it was 5.17 after upgrade fails
i do netinstall with 5.25
and want to do upgrade with 6.2 again, it fails again after i do this again:

and device not coming back
