Possible Routing Issue?

Hello!

I’m using an LHG LTE kit-US. It works fine from my computer, but I am having a problem using it with a smart TV. I have an Insignia Amazon Fire TV Edition.

It will not connect to Netflix, but I can use the Netflix app on Windows 10. I can also watch Netflix from a browser.

Is there an easy to understand/follow tutorial for setting up routing? Or does anyone know why this may be happening?

I have tried a Verizon SIM as well as AT&T. Both of them give the same issue. If I connect the TV to any other router, it works fine. So, it’s not the TV.
