Possible to connect to Alvarion/Breeze Access AP??

I have a small wisp in my area that was bought by a local company without a technical/wireless guru. They run a Breeze Access Ap model AU-NI. I have one of their antennas and they are 2400 - 2500 but the “technical staff” says the radios freq hop. I am helping them a bit and would really like to use Mikrotik clients. Is it possible to connect and what do I have to do. TIA
