Recently i have noticed my internet speed on my Chateau is lower than usual. Usually i get around 100-150mbps in my area and now im getting around 25mbps. I checked the app and the memory usage is around 190/256mb which is weird cause i believe it was much less before(tried to go to a memory graph but it was empty, not sure if i had to enable it before). Also ive setup a torch on local interface and it was fine, but when i set it up on lte interface i see a bunch of random ips sending data to my lte interface ip. I am not very well versed in all this so i dont know what to do. I havent changed anything lately in my router settings. Any suggestions?
No, it’s the opposite of weird; it’s normal. Unused RAM is wasted RAM. RouterOS devices ship with as much RAM as they need and little more. In an ideal world, you’d see that meter pegged to 100% memory use all the time, but some must remain free prospectively in order to handle demand spikes and such.

Sure, it’ll be low immediately after boot, but the system will quickly gobble it all up, for use in caching if nothing else.
Again, this is absolutely normal.

Random IPs hitting your router is also normal. There are bots that do nothing but scan internet hosts looking for interesting things. A thousand full-size incoming packets per second is 1.5 Mbit/sec; that’s ignorable if you have a 15 Mbit/sec uplink, but it’s death by choking if you have an 0.5 Mbit/sec uplink.
Any suggestions?
Stop speculating and find out what you’re actually dealing with.
Also, find your Shift key and give it some love. It’s lonely.
