PowerBox PoE question for Mikrotik

If the input energy is in ether1 by poe, the limit remains at 2.2A for the four ether poe outs and 1A for each one?
That is, the use of ether1 poe has capacity restrictions of energy with respect to the standard power adapter? is limited at 1A input? (and therefore the limite of 1A is for the four poe outputs?)

I belive you must provide power with jack to power all the 4 remaining ports.

So I think too … Mikrotik, stablish this please.

But in that case, if outdoor … Is it logical?
If outdoor cable jack will not be long enough.
And if we use RJ45 and there are restrictions, this product is not valid for me…

limits does not change depending on how you power the router

So if I connect by passive PoE, the same energy source that powers the Jack, I can do exactly the same use?

Today i tried to power an RB260GSP in poe port1 and power 3 radios, it didn’t worked. The radios power compsuntion is 3.665W 3.034W 3.385W. PoE Current 153mA 133mA 142mA. So it cant provide 500mA total on 3 ports.
It only worked with DC jack.

It is strange, because 260SP has a limit of 1A in each port, so the limit should be 1A for ALL ports in the wors case (not 500ma).
Supposedly Port1-PoE In would accept only 1A.

And Normis says in this post that is the same (PoE / jack). But PowerBox is outdoor… maybe that it has a different design…
Mikrotik, can you give information about this?

did you try to check the Port1 PoE In Long Cable and apply? i was trying to power with 260gsp (with power on port1, no jack) only one sxt (port5) and it did not work, so i check the Port1 PoE In Long Cable apply and suddenly its working well…

is there any news for new gigabit version of outdoor power box?
