I can not install any copy of the mikrotik and why not read that kind of hard sata

Please be more specific. What exactly are you trying to do with the hardware? What software tools are you using? We might then be able to help you better.
RouterOS supports SATA from version 3.x, can you give more information about the hardware configuration of your server.
