Since there is a big letter writing to not power the device without antenna attached, is there a let’s say “antenna simulator”. Some kind of a resistor or capacitor or attenuator or whatever will simulate antenna without killing radio card.

if you don’t transmit (use the wireless card), you can turn it on for a short while. during that time, you can disable the wireless card, and you will be fine.
We use 2dBi antenna http://www.wifihw.cz/img.asp?stiid=2581
then you have time to disable chains 
Thanks honzam. I totaly forgot about those antennas. Thus, those antennas are for 2.4ghz…

since i’m planning to buy this item as soon as it’s ready on my nearest mikrotik’s shop, good to know about this.
so, it could burn the wireless card? how long until it really burned? in case i forgot to put antenna on.
