Any issues with using the PoE out on a 2N to power a Maplite? That way I can use a single power adapter and have both devices running? This would just be for a travel router setup so if coverage wouldnt be great that’s fine as it will really only be for a single hotel room at most.
Is this not a good idea? Seems to power up just fine but not sure if i’m doing long term damage to the unit.
Bringing this back up. My travel router solution didn’t go as planned so hoping to use a Maplite on the Lab side of a 2n and power it up using the 2n to save on bricks I need to travel with. Already have both devices, otherwise will get a hap lite to try again.
