Powering Suggestions for ccr1016-12s-1s+ with DC power

Hello
Everyone
I want to install ccr1016-12s-1s+ at one of our dc site.
The voltage available at DC sites are 48VDC 24VDC &12VDC.
The ccr1016-12s-1s+ comes up with dual AC PSU , so what’s the best way to power up ccr with dc supply without using dc to ac converter.
I thinking of directly connect the 12VDC to board supply connecter.

Thanks

I am powering a ccr1036-12g-4s v2 and CRS354-48G-4S+2Q+RM with 12VDC directly to the board connector for the secondary power supply. I made an adapter and mounted a 5.5mmx2.5mm coaxial socket on the back for convenience. They are working fine with regulated 12VDC
I am wondering what the voltage range is on this input. I am hoping to run it on 24VDC if possible, but would like to know if it is rated to at least take a typical 12v battery voltage range.11-15v?

We have some DC-converted CCRs.

If you can live with the custom modification then it works fine to just supply (usually 24V) directly on the board internally.

Beware of -48V (negative) as it’s a completly different story and can vary between -42V to -60V or -36V to -76V.

The new routerboards I was referring to have built in redundant 12v power supplies, which is a change from previous models. Historically many boards have had 24v psu, and most have a wide voltage range. It would be nice if Mikrotik could comment on their design specs so we could bypass the PSU and run the ideal DC voltage directly to the board.
