PowerPro no HOfload on second Bridge

Hi. I have installed NetPower 16P on tower and I have 2x1Gbit fibers in to it. Currently I need around >1.6Gbit/s so I have to run both fibers. Simply some of ports are bridged with sfp1 others are bridged with sfp2.
So the question is why ports put in Bridge2 despite Hardware Offload is selected are not using HOffload, and normally on high traffic I get high CPU usage?
I don’t run any kind of firewall, configuration is simple.

In ROS (currently) only one bridge can offload operations to hardware.
If configuration is same for all brudges, ROS automagically selectd one for offload. You can affect the selection by manually disable HW offload on all non-preferred ports.

Actual limitation is one bridge per switch chip, but most devices with switch chip only have one.
