ppp and pptp

Hello everybody:D, i have a problem, when i enter in log Mikrotik Router, i see ip addressess and i dont know why are they , they are like this..

pptp info TCP connection established from xxx.xxx.xx.xxx
pptp ppp info waiting for call
pptp ppp info terminating …- cntrl message too big
pptp ppp info disconnected

and another info is another ip address but its ..

is this danger?can anybody explain me this, and tell me how cal i block this or what do you suggest me..

P.S i dont have any ppp server or profile configured..:slight_smile::slight_smile:

my answer is yes very danger. your router hacked by any ID via VPN [pptp]
remove server configurated by:

/inte ppptp-server server disabled=yes

and will check it user ppp listed, than remove it user at:

/ppp screet

note:
you must have stronge securities, when you will go to the public interface [public networks]

Ok, i entered in PPTP server and i remove enable tick, so you mean that somebody enterd in my Miikrotik Router, or what…and if you can tell me any filter rule about this security..

i doublt anyone actually hacked in, probably was just trying (or sending malicious data to port 1723).

so you mean that in pptp server i disabled and its everything secure about this or i have to drop another rule 1723
