Can anyone put me thru on how to configure a PPPoE and Hotspot.

Simple, just click on the “Hotspot Setup” button in Winbox.

Your question is not clear. Do you want to operate a PPoE server or client? Do you want to operate a Hotspot for clients with user authentication? Do you already have a RADIUS server? Maybe this article helps? http://wiki.mikrotik.com/wiki/User_Manager/PPP_Example

If you want both, then you will have to create a virtual access point and put the pppoe on the wlan and then the hotspot on the virtual access point, or vice versa.
