I do have a small problem that I cannot figure it out how to configure and will appreciate any help. I have attached a diagram for a better understanding.

We manage to get the local PPPoE running and allow local users to access internet by connecting eth1 as Internet facing and eth12 as Link/Uplink for end users (bridge). We want to add VoIP services over the same link and for that we have created a DHCP server in our core router (CISCO - access port) and connected eth11 to our network.
I do hope I have explained this properly as I am not a Mikrotik regular user.
I thank you in advance for any suggestions and help on this.
