PPPOE Auto disconnect

Dear All,
I have a small ISP, User Max 400.
Use CCR1016/ 12G (OS 6.40.3 (Stable)
Some user have static ip and some PPPOE
from today the static user ok but PPPOE user auto disconnect and reconnect doing all time. (Log Pic Attach)

I have normal networking. Router to switch- switch to Media Converter(MC) and user MC.

Expert please help me.

"Peer Not responding " meens disconnect because of no answer
