PPPoE Bridge and DHCP Clients

Hi Guys,
I have a remote PPPoE server that enables my network clients to connect via PPPoe client broadband connections only, with no DHCP server enabled at the remote site.. which means my network clients connects without IP address first and only obtain an IP when connecting to the PPPoe server via the broadband connection.
I need to do the following ..

  1. create a dhcp server in an RB433 for my clients, that connect via switch connected to the RB433 Ethernet port
  2. the clients gets an IP address from my RB433 yet they are still able to connect using the broadband connection with the remote server
  3. Most importantly, most of my clients are mobile wireless users so they don’t have broadband facility .. the question is can I make a hotspot server granting user access based on remote PPPoE credentials (user name and password of the PPPoE server)

Note: I have a reseller page which make me create new users for the remote PPPoe Server
