PPPoE Callback acknowledge problem

Dear Support.

I have a problem with the PPPoE service.

I read and found that the potential problem is the Callback in the pppoe connection process. When the user try to connect using certain SOHO routers, they retry multiple times, on wireless networks the disconnections are more often, in this case the router after several retries it stops sending callback requests which lead to a connectivity issue.

The setup is CCR + Radius for authentication, on a WISP located in Iraq. This issue has been reported by multiple WISPs.

This issue seems to be a common one, we appreciated if you resolve this PPPoE issue as soon as possible, Mikrotik is a well reliable NAS, and we would like to continue to rely on it.
