PPPoE Client advanced Configuration

Greetings All
Am facing a problem establishing PPPoE connection with My ISP after replacing GPON modem with newer model
a technician from my ISP company have installed this modem with brand new D-LINK router
I tried to connect my RB9512nd back but it failed to establish the PPPoE connection which was working before with the replaced modem for unknown reason
when I review the configuration of the working router, found additional settings that was not exists before and never seen in any router before.

searching the web for more that tow days with no result.
please help me. !!!

Have you put vlan id to your outgoing port?

Yes
I created a vlan with ID 21 on the Ethernet port that connected to the modem and then I used the vlan interface in the PPPoE connection
but that didn’t work..

Did you try cloning the D-Links MAC address to your routerboard?
