I have been facing a problem since long time. I have many pppoe clients. Suddenly some clients are not getting internet. Like pppoe is connected but traffic is not going. I am getting this kind of problem from multiple routers and multiple os versions (CCR, OS V6-7). Also I have noticed one thing that this type of problem is getting more from Tenda router.
Is anyone having this kind of problem? If so, how did you solve it?

How long sessions last? Is there a period after which connectionst start to chocke?
Do you periodically drop/reeastablish connections once a "put a value here"?
Are there any other coincidences you can observe?
Mix of devices and ROS versions makes diagnostic harder.
This does not happen after a specific session period. It is completely random session period. When I disconnect pppoe client, reset and reconfigure the client route or sometimes the internet is getting automaticlly. (that specific users who are having this problem)
Not getting internet means what? No name resolution, no route, no ping, etc? Is there anyting in the logs?
Are your devices on the same provider? Is there any strange on the provider’s CPE (if any)?
