PPPoE client isolation

Is possible to comunicate betwen 2 clients with /24 mask using PPPoE connection to MK concentrator? For Eg. client 1 have 192.168.1.100/24 IP and second one have 192.168.100.105/24
Concentrator IP is 192.168.100.1
