Can I join several PPPoE accounts and then split them into several others?
ie:
We have a service provided by the ISP where we can create a new customer with up to 4Mbps and limited to 100GB quota
can a mikrotik device be a pppoe client joining (client1 + client2 + client3) and also be a server that provides new clients (newclient1, … newclient50) ?

Yes you can add how much pppoe do you want and blance it with firewall
