PPPoE clients keep terminating

Hi,
Just installed a new PPPoE server running on a rb750 at a new site recently.
Only 2 customers on it so far, and they are all complaining that their connection is on and off.

In the logs I can see:
customer@myisp.com:> logged out 1153 797706 4306730 78057102
customer@myisp.com:> terminating… -disconnected
customer@myisp.com:> disconnected

His connection could be up for 5 mins to 5 hours and then suddenly drops.
I dont have user manager authenticating the customers at the moment, but rather have the secrets on the box the pppoe server is running.

Any ideas guys as to what to check before I loose this subscriber?

Watching this very carefully now, all PPPoE clients terminate at the exact same time, in or around 18 mins of activity.

Did you get any resolution for that. getting this same issue with almost 1000 clients.
