How can I, PPPOE client connections connect and disconnect during certain times ? For example, 7 am to 6 pm connect and at other times are disconnected .

you could disable the PPPoE server at 7pm and enable it at 7am using the scheduler.
of course it will terminate ALL connections, so this easy solution is not possible when you want to have some connections (e.g. your own) excluded.
