I have recently switched from cisco to mikrotik as pppoe server and I am experiencing some problems:
I have about 600 users online. some of them are disconnecting repeatedly.some of them have adsl modem router. their modem is either on bridge mode or router mode.it does not matter both of them may disconnect in 3 minutes.
one of my laptops will definitely disconnect after about 3 minutes.I have changed its os, switched to linux.but problem exist
using the same modem, another system will remain connected for a long time.
I have also connected a laptop to one of mikrotik ports, it will disconnect after about 3 minutes
P.S I have users with 15days uptime but some will be disconnected after few minutes.
anybody can help
