Anyone know why when im not using internet then PPPoE connection in my Mikrotik RB951Ui-2nd will be disconnected

but when im back using the internet again then PPPoE connection will be stay stable.
problem solved when i change the adsl modulation 
apparently changed modulation not solving the problem
the only way i solved this problem is with ping script
