Most of PPPoE servers have possibility to disable authentication. It means user can connect with any username and password. Does anybody know how it can be done on RouterOS?
On RouterOS you can only enable multiple login with same username, and create account named “guest” without password.
One account “guest” for all without password.
You can use freeradius and set “default Auth-Type := Accept” into users file!!!
But beware of “empty” username, they lock your router after a time. Enable default auth but reject blank username.

Using “Freeradius” You can insert into users file or into your default sql group.

Guys, I have my existing freeradius with 1+1 backup. But anyway, issue always happens anytime. My network with other vendor switches authentication to free within 1 minutes, once both radius goes down. I would like to do same thing on my CCRs. Also is it possible to do it with usermanager? (routeros simple radius server)
Hi
i am trying to set this to allow all radius to login on a specific server.. but cannot find users files.. only have clients.conf and radiusd.conf.. u mean clients.conf file?
