Hello everyone . In my network I have two concentrators PPPOE Mikrotik RB1100AHx2 and RB1100Hx2 .
It 's always been all right .
However, from about two months I’m going crazy. On both routerboard, I see connection drops shortly and frequently, resulting in loss of connection for customers, even if for 2-3 seconds .
I tried to change the switch between the modem fiber Huawei and two routerboard, believing that the problem was that, but nothing has changed .
MTU and MRU PPPOE server are set to 1480 .
The strange thing is that the in traffic monitoring there are not errors in the “TX / RX Drops” or “TX / RX Errors”
May depend on what?
Help me please !!!

ciao pierpul
if your customers disconnects in pppoe active connections, you have a problem from pppoe server to your customer.
If ALL customers disconnects on both pppoe server the only cause could be the cisco switch behind hotspot.
if SOME users disconnects from one AP the problem is AP
if some users disconnects from various AP, it could be the ROS of pppoe servers.
please specify some things:
- all users disconnects?
- if not how much and where?
- are you shure is not a power issue (ap switch power)?
- what kind of cpe do you use?
- have you tried a traceroute from pppoe server to a client cpe to see where disconnections occours?
