I would like to know how to use DNS assigned by PPPoE. When i connect my PPPoE dialer and after that when i do nslookup, it is not doing lookup from my PPPoE DNS. It is doing lookup with the DNS assigned in Local Area Connection.
I would like to know how to be able to make use of the DNS provided by PPPoE.
first - DNS of Local Area Connection. then (in case of failure) - DNS of PPPoE… it’s by design, I believe

Is there any other way, becasue i need some particular DNS entries which i can not make in the DNS provided in Local Area Connection.
I have no cotrol over DHCP server i can only change settings of PPPoE server. Is there any tweak that can be made in registry.
I will try the registry things which i know and will let know everyone. Still I would love to know any other method that can be followed.
just select ‘Set DNS manually’ in Local Area Connection, ant let them empty =)
