pppoe interface disabled after reboot

Hi Guys, Just First time at Mikrotik products but I have finally have a stable connections from last week.

My connection is 500mbps and I am able to get 485mbps up and 480mbps down speed even on from another Wireless AC (1900) AP connected to Mikrotik. My Model is hAP AC RouterBOARD 962UiGS-5HacT2HnT / qca9550L / firmware 3.31 with RouterOS v6.37.1


I have 3 scheduled script.

  1. Updates dynamic dns
  2. Updates a DNS service used by TV
  3. Backs up config and send via email

Router also reboots at 5am daily

Today i had a strange problem.

Morning I couldn’t get any internet and I tried to reboot the fibre optics modem. Then I realize the pppoe-out1 inteface is greyed out and there is no authentication info inside the interface entry. So i had to put it in again manually, clicked enable checkbox and apply, then it worked. I am not sure how the pppoe entry information gone missing.
