how do I get a pppoe client to talk to one of my servers wich is on the lan side (same interface of pppoe but via normal ethernet)

Are you asking how to setup a PPPoE server using RouterOS?
no how to make a pppoe client comunicate to a lan client on hte same router.
Just put ip address on lan interface which you use for pppoe.
