PPPoE LCP TIMEOUT

Hello please I need help trying to do a PPPoE connection between a STRAIGHTCORE GWP-116VE and Mikrotik RB133 ROS 3.3. Doing a PPPoE connection with my laptop all is ok but not with the CPE I intend to use for my customers. I know, the problem maybe on the Straightcore too but in it I can configure only USERID, PASSWORD, MTU, MRU, MSCHAP and MPPE. I tryied playing with the MTU but the results are the same.

I get the exact same problem with a different setup.

We have a customer with a MikroTik RouterBoard 532 as connecting via a PPTP VPN to RouterOs v3.4 (Intel Hardware) at our office. It have been working for months until last night.

Other customers can still connect to the PPTP VPN Server, but not this specific customer.
