PPPoE Passthrough/Half Bridged

Morning People

So i have a question i am trying to set up Half-bridged/PPPoE Passthrough on my Mikrotik router but i am struggling to get it working.
Anyone here able to assist ?

Basically i want to be able to dial out a connection from a PC, and have another stored on the router.
Reason for this is i Live in South Africa where ISP often have a lot of issues and some times you need to swap to another ISP.

I know you can have multiple account setup in the router but would prefer the accounts on a PC and the ability to connect to them with out going into the router Interface.

If anyone could assist it would be appreciated

Is it dialup, i.e. ADSL or fiber connection?

The ptoblem is going to be if the primary PPPoE (on router) is down, you will need L2 access to the secondary ISP for PPPoE to connect. On fiber, the ONT/ONU is usually configured for a specific ISP vlan, and if ADSL, the dialup will have to happen on modem/router
