PPPoE + PCQ problem

I just know that it would not work as PPPoE server is in layer 2 and PCQ is in layer 3(?)
so I want to know what function can i use to reach the function like PCQ for my pppoe client?

(it will be great if anyone can explain me a little more about the problem PPPoE + PCQ )

actually, I just want to set dynamic queue to my pppoe clients, which can fairly allocate limit.

I tried but it is not work. when i find the reason, i saw post said PCQ will not work with PPPoE…
so, you mean it is ok? and what if create the queue in queue tree?

there’s no reason why it should not work, because you’re not limiting pppoe traffic, you’re limiting customers’ traffic before it will be encapsulated into pppoe

it will work too, but you will need to mark packets in Firewall Mangle
