PPPoE & RADIUS on RB450G w/ Redundancy & Load Balancing

I’m really sorry if this has been answered somewhere else. But I wasn’t able to find anything that answered my questions.

The Scenario:

Managed switch has 4 vlans (only 3 shown), port one from both routers is patched into VLAN 1 along with Sector Radio 1, Port two into VLAN 2 with sector radio 2 and port 3 into VLAN 3 with sector radio 3.

The 4th port from each router goes into the 4th VLAN which is used to connect backhaul links into the network and for remote administration. The 5th port is left available in case access is needed via laptop.

The Questions:

If both routers have PPPoE servers and Radius servers installed on them, are they capable/will they, provide load balancing and redundancy?

How could I manage the users on the network from only one interface? Eg. Can I simply have the user database replicate from one router to the other?

Will this provide for the best throughput?

Or am I compleatly wrong in my way of thinking?

Cheers in advance for any help.
