Dear all
i have pppoe server with ~600 active clients and a hotspot with ~100 active clients at the same mikrotik, CPU goes HIGH when disconnecting pppoe clients, I’ve saw a previous post about this issue and the solution was do natting on another router, i did that but there are some hotspot dynamic nat rules which cant be deleted and the cpu still go high i need the hotspot and pppoe servers at the same interfaces
( when disabling all hotspot servers the cpu is very good )
plz any thoughts about that ?
There are a some reasons why high load of cpu on pppoe server can happen. Use tool profile to see wich process is eating cpu resources first.
Thanx for your reply
The profile shows that firewall hits 80% of the cpu and when disabling hotspot the cpu will never go higher than 25%
I have two ccr 1009 with the same problem
Mikrotik team please help!
up.
plz help
