Buy a CCR1036, to improve my network, in theory, I have problems from the implementation with PPPOE connections.
I have approx 1200 PPPoE connections for some reason, cut or otherwise electric start more than 50 connections simultaneously, the router becomes unstable, to the point of falling all traffic and cut all sessiones pppoe.
someone happens something similar?

Try to get another CCR and divide the sessions.
It is very unfortunate that 36 Core device cannot hold even 1000 PPPoE sessions properly.
I hope they do something about it in the future.

to divide the traffic would have to pass the secrets to a radius server. I know no other option, is there any alternative?
I have another router unused portion to pass traffic.
you can export and import
on the current router:
>ppp/secret/ export file=secrets.rsc
Drag and drop the created secrets.rsc file to the new router and :
On the new router:
> import file-name=secrets.rsc

To test this right. In my case I use a management software that works with mikrotik API.
I will see how to do in case you want to leave the two routers simultaneously.
