Hello there,
Topology now this way:
I want to do this way:
I’m trying to get the pppoe burden on the RB3011.
I’ve installed the pppoe server on the RB1100, I’m connecting to users who have bought the bridge mode, but what can I do if I can’t connect to the device winbox from ip? OSPF or MPLS?
Note: I’m connect 3011 Port direct.

in short: 3011 by pppoe server can not ping ip and can not connect with winbox.
What can I do to connect?
sorry english is bad
You Need to connect the PPPOE Directly to the 2011(client Interface)
Internet-> main Router-> PPPOE → Switch(Clients)

RB2011 it’s bridge all ports
RB3011 bridge ether3(toRB2011),ether5 (torb1100AH)
pppoe connected RB1100AH can ping through. The RB3011 does not ping and I cannot access the pppoe ropes from the winbox.
PPPoE users’ Internet is running.
Laptop connected RB3011

I fixed the problem on the PPPoE server. ARP: enable to ARP: Proxy ARP has improved.
Would Proxy-arp be safe?
No don’t take any sort of risk.No one can assure u that proxy arp would be safe or not.So i recommend no myschoolbucks
