PPPoE Server, Upload Issues

We are busy testing cutting over from some older ServPoet boxes we have to MikroTIk CCR’s, just like the better visibility into the connection the CCR’s give us at the queue level etc..

Followed the basic Radius+PPPoE setup, Radius sends the speeds and the queues get setup for each client that logs in as a simple queue just perfectly and i tested with speedtests and it works great, we cut over a few hundred clients and something we noticed is that random customers started complaining that since the changeover, they have issues uploading to facebook and other things, along with them complaining that sending emails via POP and WEBMAIL were also giving issues.

Most issues seemed to be related to uploading things (mail/images/etc)

Could this be a MTU issue? I did notice that MTU/MRU on the servpoet is 1492 while on the MT they are set to 1480 by default, not sure if that could be an issue, i don’t see mention of MRRU on the servpoets, and its grey on the MT, maybe that needs to be changed?

It’s not a load issue on the box from what i can tell as CPU was near 0-1% at all times, Memory was like 900 megs of 16 gigs if memory serves…

Also how do i set the PAP Timeout on Mikrotik (reauthentication timer), i know keep alive checks if the pppoe session is still live and not disconnected without notice, but how do i reauth the customer every say 24 hours?
