PPPoE server with Client Monitoring with Multiple VLAN + Management Vlan in WISP Network

We are a WISP in our area having 350+ customer .

We are using Ubiquity products like Nano Beam5 ,Loco 5, Rocket M5, Airgrid5 in AP/Station mode. Our whole network is on Bridge mode.
Now we need to switch our network to Vlan Based. We are using pppoe server with x86 mikrotik with DMA-Radius Manager.how we can implement same. Is there any scenario then please share same.if we implement different vlan for different pop like vlan11 for pop A, vlan 12 for pop B,like wise then how we can monitor each and every AP/Station from Office ?, for vlan based network we need to run PPPoE service on VLAN. We are also providing leased line to our customer with direct static IP.
Kindly share best solution for Large customer base + network.
Current network:

ISP ->Mikrotik x86 Router → Cisco 2960 switch → Wireless Main Switch → ap → Stataion → Nonmanageable switch-> Multiple Customer

You should use management wlan for devices behind the pppoe server.Also ssıd mapping + vlan could help you for different services.For static, ip you can create main pppoe server at the top of the network with static ip pool.At the ppp secrets remote address is your client static ip’s.Than route it to your main gateway ip address..
