PPPoe simultaneous session limit reached for user

So,
I have a RB540 at the base of a tower with a PPPOe server facing my Canopy Access Point. This arrangement was working very well with my Usermanager back at the office. I would put the login credentials on the customers router and it would work just fine.
Today there are numerous authentication failures and when I looked at the log in usermanager I see lots of "simultaneous session limit reached for user ". If I increase their shared users to 2 everything is fine. Anyone have any ideas how I can fix this without having to select the number of shared users every time??

Thanks,
Isaac

What is the Radius server and how the stats of the radius in routerOS, some times records stick in active users table in radius when the user disconnected, and this fault happen. the parameters between radius and PPPOE profile and radius & PPP Authentication & Accounting (interim update) is very important to set correctly.

I have also seen this many times.
Typically if there has been some storming in the segment where the router is.

What parameters between radius and PPPOE profile, and radius & PPP Authentication & Accounting do you set to avoid this?

how to fix it? because i have some clients want to use their account on 2 or 3 or 4 devices, when i go to shared user i put it 6 but when the client try to sign in on another device it says the same message ( simultaneous session limit reached )

please help

Could someone please re-visit this thread, because It is still an issue and I have not found an acceptable work around. I can log into the router that is facing the customers and from PPP I can select “active connections” and delete the one in question and it will authenticate immediately after that. Again My configuration is as follows: UserManager (x86) at the office ----------->RB1200 with PPPoe Server facing ----------> Motorola Canopy ------------->Canopy CPE —> Customers Router with PPPOE credentials.
