We have found a problem in MT v3 when we tried to change PPP clients on static remote addresses to obtain dynamic IPs from a pool. The system still tries to assign the old static remote address even though it has been deleted from the PPP entry.
Can anyone at MT reporduce this?
Is this old static address included into the new dynamic IP address range ?
Yes. If I delete the static IP, when I next log in to the router it is still there.
I found a workaround. Replace the static IP with 0.0.0.0, apply it, then delete it. Now the client will get a dynamic address.
