many users disconnect after 15 min then reconnect…

could be just about anything a good place to start is the links they connect thru make sure they have solid signal all the time
pppoe will show any weakness you have u can also adjust the timeout on ur ppp sessions to say 30 that will keep them up longer
but usually ppp breaks are caused with signal dropping somewhere along the way to your ppp box
Use 4.13 + NV2 will solve pppoe disconnects, higher gain antenna’s, eliminate LOS issues, move frequency to reduce the effect of interference, use AP setting suggested by TomjNorthIdaho
