i have mikrotik and pppoe server running fine.. but today i am having a strange problem…
if 2 or 3 users connect to the pppoe server, then rest cannot what is the problem.

check you license, see what you have in your log file and also - 2.6 is quite outdated. upgrade suggested
also check your IP Pool that you have a - rather than anything else
eg
192.168.43.1-192.168.43.198
