ppptp remote IP problem

hello,
I have one problem with remote ip, I have two valid IP and I can access to my router with them, Now I want to use one IP to assign it to one of my VPN member and access to that with one of my valid IP.
I did what you see in my picture but yet I can not access to it!
anyone one can help me?

Please check new image.
I have access to router with 184.154.30.40 but I want to use it for my windows server via VPN (pptp or l2tp or …)
