My provider gives me 1000Mbit via PPTP (no encription).
Currently I am using ASUS AC68U which can pass up to 500-600Mbit via PPTP.
Looking for an alternative router due to some reasons.
Can anyone advice me a Mikrotik router able to pass up to 900-1000 Mbit PPTP ?
with mikrotik, routers that have IPSEC acceleration are faster than pptp, even with encryption. I suggest the best ARM (currently ARM 64) at the highest clock. Or you can use a recent x86 based PC with relevant instruction sets.
