I have configured and working Mikrotik router 750GL in our office.
We have cloud server in another country, I try to provide secured tunnel between our cloud server and our Mikrotik Gateway, I choose PPTP vpn connection.
I have setup vpn-client in Mikrotik router as per this link says http://www.wifitech.com.pk/pptp-client-or-vpn-client-config-in-mikrotik/. I additionally checked dial on demand in pptp-client Interface. Now I see there is an entire in log “pptp-MyInterface: wating for packets”. My question is how can I make use of the pptp-client interface from my system(connected via LAN to Mikrotik router)? should I create a separate connection(vpn connection) from my system.
I tried to connect cloud server from my system’s remote desktop, it is connected but am sure it’s not through Mikrotik’s pptp-client since I never see a new line in log regarding pptp vpn connection.
I want all systems from my office should use Mikrotik router’s pptp-client to access cloud server.
