PPTP Client not pingable

Hey

using the RB2011L-IN and have a PPTP Client connection to Vollmar.net who is providing public IP’s for DSL Connections.
The main issue i have is that the public IP’s and the Gateway Adress i have are not pingable.
What can cause this issue?

Maybe your ISP is blocking ICMP traffic, if not check your firewall on 2011 (input chain)
